Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Trade Stock Apps ("the Service") at tradestockapps.com or any of our associated spoke applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

Description of Service

Trade Stock Apps provides a web-based platform for tracking, journaling, and analyzing options and stock trades. Our service includes a central Hub (tradestockapps.com) and optional spoke applications including the Wheel Tracker, CSP Tracker, and Covered Call Tracker.

All content, calculations, analytics, projections, and insights provided by Trade Stock Apps are for informational and organizational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or any other professional financial guidance.

Options and stock trading involves substantial risk of loss, including the possible loss of your entire principal. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose. Past performance reflected in our tools does not guarantee future results.

Trade Stock Apps is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
  • You may not use another person's account without their permission.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter (Free): Access to the Hub platform including Stock Ledger, Watchlist, and Cash Management.
  • Basic ($5/month or $50/year): Starter features plus 1 spoke app of your choice.
  • Pro ($10/month or $100/year): Starter features plus 3 spoke apps of your choice.
  • Unlimited ($15/month or $150/year): Starter features plus all current and future spoke apps.
Free Trial

Paid plans include a 60-day free trial for new subscribers. No credit card is required to start the free trial. You will be notified before your trial ends.

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All billing is processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of renewal may be eligible for a refund — contact us at support@tradestockapps.com.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any price changes via email.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service
  • Use the service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations or free trial restrictions

Your Data

You own your trading data. We do not claim ownership of any trade data, notes, or other content you enter into the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Trade Stock Apps is not responsible for errors, losses, or decisions made based on inaccurate data you have entered.

You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Trade Stock Apps platform, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user-entered data), is the intellectual property of Trade Stock Apps and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our platform without our written consent.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADE STOCK APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Trading losses or financial losses of any kind
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Decisions made based on information displayed in the service
  • Service interruptions or data loss

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that market data displayed in the service is accurate, complete, or current. Market data is provided by third parties and may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely solely on market data from this service for trading decisions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Stock Apps and its operators, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Tennessee.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trade Stock Apps regarding the use of our service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By creating an account or using Trade Stock Apps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including the risk disclosures and limitation of liability provisions.
